Questions Before You Order
How does the ordering process work?
Upload a pet photo for a free AI reference preview before checkout. After ordering, share any extra details, review the hand-painted result, request adjustments if needed, and confirm the final version before shipping.
Can I contact you before placing an order?
Yes. Whether or not you place an order, you can always contact us first.
What kind of photo do you need?
A clear photo is the most important requirement. A full-body front photo is the best option.
Is one photo enough to start?
Yes, you can place an order with only one photo.
What if I do not have side or back photos?
That is okay. You can still order, and we can discuss the missing details with you.
How do I choose the right size?
For dogs and cats, choose by weight and capacity. If you are between sizes, choose one size up. Small non-cat/dog pets require XL or larger; large or detailed custom pet shapes require XXL.
Is the preview the same as the final product?
No. The free preview is an AI-generated visual reference before checkout. The final product is hand-painted after ordering and adjusted with you before shipping.
Can changes be made during the process?
Yes. Reasonable revisions within the original customization request are available before final approval. Paint-only changes usually add about half a day; reshaping may add about 5 days.
How long does production and shipping take?
We check photos the day they are received, and the first nearly completed handmade version is usually ready in 5–7 days. After customer approval—or automatic approval if we receive no reply within 3 calendar days after email reminders—we complete firing, final inspection, packing, and carrier handoff within 3 days. U.S. transit usually takes 6–12 days from the date the shipping label is created; the label and carrier handoff occur on the same day. What if the item is damaged during shipping?
Contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery with photos of the packaging, shipping label, protective materials, and damaged item. After verification, we will remake and reship it at no additional cost. Tracking is provided for every order.
